Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and Unused: The product must be in its original, unopened condition. Perfume bottles must be sealed. We cannot accept returns on opened or used products due to hygiene concerns.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, seals, and inserts.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This will expedite the processing of your return.
- Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected during shipping.
- Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the address provided in your RMA email. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Processing: Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please specify the desired product in your return request email. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item(s). If the new item has a different price, the difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used perfume products.
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Items returned outside the specified return window.
Exceptions
